Who's coaching you

I THOUGHT GETTING FIT MEANT BUILDING MY LIFE AROUND THE GYM.

Growing up, I was the skinny "vegetarian" kid.

I became obsessed with building the best physique I could. Over the years, that led me to compete in fitness model and beach body shows.

I loved it. The gym was my happy place.

But as I got older, I wanted a life outside the gym.

I didn't want to carry meal boxes everywhere I went. I didn't want to turn down chocolate donuts and cold coffees at Sathyam Cinemas.

One year, my friends surprised me with a boiled egg instead of a birthday cake because I was only days away from stepping on stage. (Don't worry – they ate the cake.)

Looking back, I don't regret that chapter of my life. It taught me discipline, consistency, and what it takes to transform a body.

But it also taught me something I'll never coach anyone to do: put the rest of their life on hold for fitness. That realization changed the way I looked at fitness forever.

I wanted to understand what actually helps people build results they can maintain – not just for a competition, holiday, or photoshoot, but for life. That pursuit eventually led me to earn a Level 5 Diploma in Advanced Nutrition Science and complete over a dozen courses and certifications in nutrition, personal training, biomechanics, and performance.

Since then, I've helped 100s of people lose fat, build muscle, and become healthier – without them giving up foods they love or spending hours in the gym.

Because I don't believe fitness should ask you to choose between getting in shape and living your life.

Is a group really personal enough?
Absolutely. Your training plan and nutrition targets are still built around you, and you'll be coached using the same principles and proven systems that underpin my private coaching. The group adds accountability, support, and momentum through regular coaching, live Q&A calls, and a community of people working towards the same goal.

Private Coaching is my premium coaching experience. While the methodology is the same, it's a far more hands-on approach – with direct access to me, ongoing one-on-one guidance, and every aspect of your coaching tailored to you.
I'm pretty out of shape (or haven't trained in years). Is this for me?
Not at all. In fact, that's exactly who Never Zero is built for. We meet you where you are today and build from there – not where you think you should be. You don't need to be fit to start. You just need to take the first step. That's all anyone ever does.
Why 12 weeks? Why not just month-to-month from day one?
Because meaningful change takes time. Twelve weeks gives you enough time to build momentum, see real progress, and experience what Never Zero is designed to do – not just help you lose fat, but teach you how to keep it off. After that, you continue every four weeks if you're loving the community or cancel anytime if you're ready to fly solo. 
I'm vegetarian. Does it still work?
Absolutely. As a vegetarian myself, I know you don't need to eat chicken & broccoli to get great results. You'll learn how to manage your calorie budget, make smarter food choices, and build meals around the foods you already enjoy. Plus, the member recipe library includes plenty of vegetarian options, with new recipes added regularly.
What if I fall off?
You will have an off day – everyone does. The difference is that Never Zero is built for it. We plan for your worst weeks, not your best. You check in, adjust, lean on the community, and keep moving, so one bad day doesn't become a bad week.
